Shipping Policy

We generally use FEDEX Ground for most shipments, however, an alternate method may be used. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours when items are in stock. Partial shipments of multiple items will be made if complete order is not available to ship from stock.  Any back-ordered items will be shipped within 24-48 hours when available again from stock. A tracking or tracer number will be available after shipment from our warehouse. Some items may be shipped from an alternate warehouse. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
